Teeth, Teeth, and more Teeth

Wow! Marshall is becoming a regular tooth-making machine! In addition to the third one I mentioned the other week that was coming in, he has at least 3 more on the top coming in too! 2 more on the bottom may not be far behind. He's growing so fast! Eating his cereal from the spoon still isn't going well, so I would love to have any hints :)
