After Assateague Island, we decided to check out the Boardwalk. Ocean City has a fabulous boardwalk along the beach lined with yummy restaurants and shops.
This is looking north from the southern end of the boardwalk.

Just off the Boardwalk on the beach are several play areas in various shapes for kids to play on. Ronnie wanted to have his picture taken aboard this boat-shaped one.
An incredible sand sculpture!
The Boardwalk is about 2.25 miles long. We made it about a quarter of a mile today as we were so busy looking at everything. We also stopped at one of the all-you-can-eat buffets along the way for dinner. Mmmmm!
