We were able to see some of the wild ponies that live there. I was so excited, as horses are one of my favorite animals. At one point they were even along the side of the road!
Another Island inhabitant, the Sika Deer.
We also went to the Assateague National Seashore.

At this point in the trip, Marshall is not sure if he likes the sand and water or not. Thank goodness Da-Da is close by!
